The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 01/06/2004 Monico Griego Jr., 91, died in Phoenix Dec. 24, 2003. He was born in St. Johns June 12, 1912. He is survived by children, Cel Griego, Rebecca Sandoval and David Griego of Phoenix, Oliver Griego and Mary Lou Martinez both of Oklahoma, Lucile Griego of Glendale, and James Griego and Gilbert Griego both from St. Johns. He is also survived by his former wife, Cruista Griego of St. Johns. He was preceded in death by his son, Pat Griego.
