The Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Tuesday, February 16, 2010 Beatrice B. Wing 1909 - 2010 Beatrice B. Wing, age 100, of 1785 Gun Fury Road, Sedona, Arizona, passed away February 8, 2010, at Verde Valley Medical Center. Beatrice was born on August 7, 1909, in River Falls, Wisconsin. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Etten) Beschta. She later lived in Clintonville, Wisconsin; Chicago; Des Moines; and Los Angeles before moving to Sedona in 1973. She married Malin H. Wing in 1935. Beatrice was an active member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Sedona for nearly 40 years and enjoyed many years participating in duplicate bridge. Survivors are her husband, Malin Wing; son, Philip Wing; four nieces: Anna Rentmeester, Rose Brewer, Pat Vinquist, and Dorothy Grant; and one nephew, The Reverend Frank Young. Beatrice was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Marcella B. Otto and Eleanor Brewer. A memorial mass will be held Monday, February 22, 2010, at 11 a.m. at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Sedona, Arizona, with Father J. C. Ortiz officiating, and private interment at All Souls Cemetery in Cottonwood, Arizona.
