WELLS, Athala

The Arizona Republic 3/10/2010 Wells, Athala R. died March 5th in Mesa Az at age 82. She was born in Charleston, West Virginia. Athala was a retired Sears employee and a long time member of Catholic Daughters. A memorial mass will be held Saturday March 13 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Scottsdale at noon. Athala is survived by her two daughters, Debbie Smith and Lorrie Ahern; sister Jeanne Newman; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Donations in honor of Athala may be made to Hospice of the Valley. 1510 E. Flower St. Phoenix, AZ 85014.
