Irene W. Smith, age 77 of Quartzsite left this world to be with her Savior and sing with the Angels on November 17, 2002 with her loving family by her side. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she was one of fourteen children. She leaves to cherish her loving memory sons: James L. Smith (Meridee), Jerald E. Smith (Luann), Michael L. Smith, daughters, Mona L. Farren (John) and Sandy Smith (Louie) 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephew and other family members. Local funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2002 at Universal Memorial Center, 1100 E. Jefferson St., Phx, with viewing 1 hour prior to service. Final services will be held in Saint Anthony, ID. Published in the Arizona Republic on 11/20/2002.
