Frank Lowell (Bud)
Frank Lowell "Bud" Calhoun died in Kingman, Arizona November 20, 2002.
He was a resident of Maricopa County for 80 years, living the past 25 years in Buckeye. The past 3 years have been spent in Kingman, Arizona.
He was a truck driver and dairy man in the valley for over half a century. Bud was the 12th child of 14 born to Clarence and Sarah Jane Calhoun, May 25, 1919 in Tempe, Arizona.
He loved people and enjoyed talking to anyone. He always had a funny story to share and loved to make people laugh. In the past couple of years he especially enjoyed going to the Senior Center, visiting and listening to music on those special occasions.
Bud is preceeded in death by his two sons, Karl and Doug and his wife, June. He is survived by his children; Don, David and Ann and one sister, Kate Whiting. He also has 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
There was a viewing on Saturday November 23, 2002 at Meldrum Mortuary; 52 North Macdonald St. in Mesa, Arizona. A graveside service followed in the Mesa Cemetery on Center Street.
