CARTER, David Frank

David Frank Carter, 73, of Phoenix, AZ passed away Nov. 14, 2002. He was born in Sioux City, Iowa. 

He was a retired APS Electrical Engineer. 

He is survived by wife, Patricia; son, Dr. Richard Carter & wife Bonnie; daughter, Lynn Blake; son, Anthony Carter & wife Jeanette; son Kenneth Carter & wife Michele; 7 grandchildren, Desiree & David Schnirch, Alison Brooks, Matthew, Jennifer, Holly & Mindy Carter; 1 great grandaughter, Madison Fletcher. 

A memorial service was held Sunday, Nov. 24, 2002 at Church of the Beatitudes, 555 W. Glendale Ave, Phoenix, AZ. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be designated to the Church of the Beatitudes Music Fund.
