EHRENBERG, Edward P. (Ed)


MSgt. Edward P. "Ed" Ehrenberg 1920-2002, passed away quietly on Sunday, November 17, 2002 after a long illness. Ed was a Load Master in the USAF and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and Air Metal during W.W.II. After retirement from the USAF Ed, and his beloved wife Donna, resided in Ahwatukee, being among the earliest homeowners there. Ed was an avid golfer and a member of the Ahwatukee Country Club until his health failed. When Donna lost her battle with cancer Ed erected the Flag Pole at the Ahwatukee Country Club in her honor. Ed will be laid to rest at Valley of the Sun Memorial Park, Saturday, November 23, 2002 10940 E. Chandler Hghts Rd., Chandler, AZ. A memorial service was held at the Olive Grove Retirement Home on Sunday, November 24, 2002, 3014 E. Indian School Rd., Phx., AZ. In lieu of flowers a donation in Ed's name may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Hospice of the Valley. Published in the Arizona Republic on 11/22/2002.
