CALKINS, Donald (Bud)

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona May 5, 1993 Donald "Bud" Calkins of Wagner died Sunday, April 25, 1993, in a fire at his home. He was 71. He was born Oct. 6, 1921, in Wagner. He was a self-employed rancher and had lived at the P7 Bar Ranch in Wagner all his life. He was a World War II Army veteran. He is survived by a sister, Iola Koivu of Rock River, Wyoming; nephew Richard, and nieces Barbara, Lydiann, Nancy and Patricia. Services have been held. Rev. James Cunningham and Cowboy poet Everett Breisendine officiated. Private cremation services were held at Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
