STONE, Eldred C.

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona May 5, 1993 Eldred C. Stone of Wickenburg died Saturday, May 1, 1993, at the V.A. Medical Center in Tucson. He was 78. He was born Jan. 2, 1915, in Cowgill, Missouri, and had lived in Arizona for 34 years. He was part owner of S & S Construction Co. of Wickenburg until his retirement. He was a member and a past Master of the Hassayampa Masonic Lodge No. 37 of Wickenburg, a member of the American Legion Post No. 12 of Wickenburg and a member of the V.F.W. He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Jane and Russell Criswell of Tucson; daughter-in-law Alice Sue Stone of Farmington, Missouri; sister Alma Henry of Breckenridge, Missouri; grandsons Russell Allen Criswell and John Scott Stone; granddaughter Kelli Sue Stone; and great-granddaughter Ashley Nicole Stone. He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara B. Stone and a son Eldred L. Stone . Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 6, 1993, at the Wickenburg Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Pastor James Longstreet will officiate. Burial will be at the Wickenburg Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Arizona Lung Association, 102 W. McDowell, Phoenix, AZ 85003. Wickenburg Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
