The Arizona Republic 7/30/1986 Shirley F. Dolfini, 50, a homemaker, died July 28, 1986, at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Mrs. Dolfini, of Phoenix, was born in Sussex, N.J. and moved to Arizona in 1970 from Unionville, N.Y. Survivors inlcude her sons, Jeffrey, Andrew, and Michael; a sister, three brothers; and five grandchildren. Private services were arranged by Green Acres Mortuary. Memorial contributions may be made to Arizona Kidney Foundation, 3249 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix 85018.
