Edna Claire Nichols, 94, of Phoenix, a retired teacher, died June 10, 1998.  She was born in El Paso, and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.  Services have been held.  Contributions:  Salvation Army, PO Box 52177, Phoenix, AZ  85072.  Green Acres Glendale Mortuary.
