Hazel Irene Nelson, 90, of Glendale, a bookkeeper, died June 11, 1998.  She was born in Evansville, Minn.

Survivors include her daughter, Phyllis Peterson; and three grandchildren.  Services at 3pm Monday, Sunland lakesside Chapek, 15826 Del Web Blvd., Sun City.
