She was a graduate of Trevor G. Browne, class of 81'. She is survived by her sons Keith Hellum of Glendale, AZ, Brad Hellum of Payson, AZ, Travis Hellum of Glendale, AZ, father Gale D. Brown of Phoenix, AZ, mother Elaine R. Brown of Avondale, AZ, older sisters Julie E. James and Gayle L. Redmond both of Glendale, older brothers Steven D. Brown of Benbrook, TX and Dennis M. Brown of Granger IN. A graveside service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery in Glendale, AZ for family and close friends. Charlene was a kind, wonderful, loving mother, a loving daughter, sister and a wonderful aunt. She will be truly missed by all. The family request that in lieu of donations that a prayer be said for Charlene and her family.
