MCCARTAN, Kenneth Charles

The Arizona Republic 3/17/2010 McCartan, Kenneth Charles. Ken, 61 of Wittmann, AZ, passed away on March 15, 2010. He fulfilled 3 years of service in the United States Navy, a lifetime of ministry opportunites in his church, and was a Technical School graduate of a two year TV Technician's Program. Ken was an inspirational employee for the Best Buy-Geek Squad for close to 16 years. He is survived by his beloved wife Rita McCartan, daughter: Kristina Allen (McCartan), son in law: John H. Allen, mother in law: Doris Coomer, sisters: Regina Davis, Carol Hisle, Colleen Mackowiak (Ken), and Mary Casey (Ron); brothers: James McCartan (Linda), Terrence McCartan (Beth), and Michael McCartan (Darlene), several neices and nephews, and 4 goddaughters, and 1 godson. Services will be Thursday, March 18, 2010 at 10:30am at Camino Del Sol Funeral Chapel, 13738 Camino Del Sol, Sun City West, AZ. Vistation will be at 9:30am til 10:30am on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial to follow at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Cave Creek, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to the St. Mary's Food Bank in memory of Kenneth McCartan.
