Hughes, Ami Rene Johnson, 35 of Surprise, AZ, passed away on March 12, 2010. Ami was born July 20, 1974 in Phoenix AZ, to Jay & Janie Johnson. She was married April 20, 1996 to Seth Lee Hughes in the Mesa Arizona Temple. She was employeed with Cigna for 15 years as a Pharmacy Technician. 

She is preceded in death by her father Jay Johnson. Survivors include her husband Seth; daughters Madison & Adeline; sons Nicholas & Braden; mother & step-father Janie & Ri chard Campbell, sisters Sherri & Scott Clement, Lori & David Renick, Jaymi & Mark Jarman; father & mother-in -law Carl & Jacque Hughes; 10 nieces, 7 nephews, grand father-in-law George Vest; brother-in-law Adam & Miriam Hughes. 

Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 PM and Friday from 8:30-10 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 14878 North Verde Vista Drive, Surprise, AZ. 

Funeral Services will be Friday at 10 AM at the church. Arrangements by A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary 719 North 27th Ave. Phx, AZ. A memorial fund has been set up in Ami's name through Desert Schools Credit Union
