Raymundo Provencio, 52, truck driver, died March 24, 1986, in Phoenix.  Mr. Provencio of Phoenix, was born in Don Ana, N.M., and moved to Arizona four years ago from San Jose, Calif.  

Survivors include his mother, Anita Provencio Huerta; daughters, Mercy and Debbie; sons, Andy, Jerry, Nick and Danny; three sisters; a brother; and five grandchildren.  Friends may call from 6 to 9pm today with services at 7pm at Greer Chapel, 5921 W. Thomas.
