WILLIAMS, Arthur Roger

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 02/06/2004 Arthur Roger Williams, 64, died Jan. 20, 2004 in Show Low. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia but grew up in Detroit. In the late 70's he made Arizona his permanent home. He met his wife Isabelle in 1984 in Phoenix where they were married. Art was a roofer until he moved to the White Mountains in 1988. He enjoyed selling and collecting antique knives and glassware. He also painted vintage automobiles, which he very accomplished at. Arthur is survived by his wife; Isabelle, his dog Sparky; two brothers, Dino and Donald, and two sisters, Patti and Trudy. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Glen and James; and one sister, Kathy. The family will hold private services. Owens Mortuary of Snowflake handled the arrangements.
