A memorial visitation will be held on Monday March 22, 2010 at 9:30 am, with a memorial mass to follow at 10am, at St. Jerome Roman Catholic Church Parish, 10815 N. 35th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85029. A memorial honor guard service will follow at 2pm at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road., Phoenix, AZ 85024. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Advantage Colonial Chapel, 4141 N. 19th Ave., Phoenix, AZ. 602-263-7946.
