BIRD, Richard Lee, Jr.

The Arizona Republic 3/19/2010 Bird, Richard Lee Jr., 61, passed away peacefully at Hospice of the Valley on March 12, 2010. He is survived by his father Richard Lee Bird, Sr of Raleigh, NC, siblings Michelle Hagen and Debra Marsh of Raleigh, NC, Donna Flagg of Highland, IL, Ben Bird and Steve Bird of Lubbock, TX, children Krystal Loverin and Kara Bird of Bend, OR, Scott Bird of Mesa, AZ, and grandchildren AshLee, Erika, Mia Loverin, and Justin Bird, all of Bend, OR. Rick was a familiar face around the Sky Harbor airport where he worked for over 10 years as a tow driver and finally,shuttle bus driver for Preflight Parking. Rick's sunny disposition and jokes will be greatly missed by all who had the fortune to have known him. No services are being held.
