PLUMB, Milton

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 02/24/2004 Milton Plumb died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2004. Milton died doing what he loved doing most - working in his garden. He grew wonderful chiles, tomatoes, corn, and squash, and grew what the family call St. Johns Chile, which is the best chile in Arizona. He loved growing sunflowers too. Milton was usually a grumpy fellow, but there was a soft spot in his heart. He will be missed. He is survived by his wife Alice Saiz.
