Frank P Hernandez, 41, a farm laborer, died March 24, 1986, at Maricopa Medical Center.  Mr. Hernandez, of Phoenix, was born in New Mexico.  Survivors include daughters, Cynthia, Frances and Andrea; son, Adam; father, Reyes; five sisters; four brothers; and a grandchild.

Friends may call from 8 to 10 pm today at Botimer Family Chapel, 8646 S Central.  Services will be at 10 am Friday at Southwest Tempe Marantha, 3701 W. Grove.
