The Arizona Republic 27 Mar 1986 Franklin W. Hills, 58, a retired road construction engineer died March 25, 1986, at Valley Lutheran Hospital. Mr. Hills, of Apahce Junction, was born in St. Francisville, Ill., and moved to Arizona eight years ago. He was a member of St. George's Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Lois; daughters, Cherie and Mari Ann; son, Larry; father, Lester; a sister; two brothers; and five grandchildren. Services will be at 10am today at Bunkers Desert View Chapel, 9702 E Apache Trail.
