Polanski, Jane Mary, 90, of Mesa, AZ passed away on 3/13/10. Jane was born on 8/18/1919 in Detroit, to Elizabeth and Anthony Duzak. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eustace Polanski, both parents and 4 brothers and sisters. 

Jane is survived by her children Butch (Sue), Donnie (Debbie), Al (sandy) and Betty Polanski, 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Jane was the most beautiful, kind-hearted, gentle, and devoted woman with a feisty sense of humor who made us the people we are today. Grammy will be forever missed but ALWAYS in our hearts and souls. 

A memorial mass will be held at All Saints Catholic Church, 1543 N. Recker Rd in Mesa at 10 am on Wed 3/24/10. Interment will take place in Detroit. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to Hospice of the Valley 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, 85014.
