GOMEZ, Patsy Torrez

The Arizona Republic 3/23/2010 Gomez, Patsy Torrez a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother and sister was greeted in God's arms Friday, March 19, 2010. She was born on September 16th, 1958 in Phoenix, Arizona to Jerry Fernandez, Sr. and Mary Montano. Patsy is survived by and will be truly be missed by her husband of 20 years, Victor Gomez, mother, Mary M. Mendivil, daughters, Lisa Torres, Mary Torres, and Hope Torres Carcamo and son Robert Torres. She'll also be deeply missed by her granddaughter, Miah Carcamo, along with sisters, Delia Sanchez, Irene Martinez, brothers, Jerry Fernandez, Jr., Ben Torres, Sr., Eddie Fernandez and Johnny Fernandez, lots of nieces and nephews and many dear friends. She has now joined her father, grandmother and several aunts and uncles who welcomed her with open arms. A visitation and rosary will be held Tuesday, March 23rd @ Abel Funeral Services (1627 N. 51st Ave.) from 5-7pm followed by Mass at Immaculate Heart of Mary (909 E. Washington St) in Phoenix on Wednesday, March 24th at 10am.
