Constance Decker Pratt, 73, died peacefully Feb. 29, 2004 in Tacoma, Washington.
She was born May 25, 1930 in Snowflake to Silas Smith Decker and Catherine Eva Owens. She was a lovely, serene daughter of God who loved her family, and they loved her. She was a lifelong active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, served four missions with her husband and was a temple worker. She loved music, flowers, quilting, sewing, knitting and reading.
She is survived by her husband Harold W. Pratt, Jr.; sister, Francine Decker (Howard) Holt; children, Keith (Annette), Ronald (Pam), Mark (Melanie), Catherine, Gary (Deborah), Dale (Stephanie), and Jared (Barbara); 20 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. "Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her."
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 6 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Tacoma, Washington. A memorial service will also be held Wednesday, March 10 at 11 a.m. at the Main Street Chapel in Snowflake with interment in the Snowflake Cemetery.
