J. Glynn Vallery, a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather died March 15, 2004 in Show Low.
Glynn worked as a saw mill machinist then business agent for Sawmill/Carpenters Union No. 2763 both in McNary. He had been a board member for the Pinetop-Lakeside Sanitary District and the Pinetop Fire Board. Glenn was a member of the White Mountain Sheriff's Posse, Masonic Lodge No. 62, Elk's Lodge No. 29B, Associate member of the F.O.P. No. 37.
He was also associated with the local Little League, Hospital Organization Committee, Volunteer Ambulance, Demolay and Rainbow Dad and at one time was the Democratic Precinct Committee Chairman. Glynn was also a World War II veteran. He was a great influence to the community, a friend and confidante to many. Glynn will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 20 at 1 p.m. at the Living Waters Baptist Church in Lakeside where he was a Deacon. Interment will be in the Lakeside Cemetery.
