Karatsis, 79, of Prescott Valley, Ariz. born Nov. 22, 1930 in San Francisco, Calif., passed away March 23, 2010 at Hospice Family Care, the Crossings in Prescott. A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz. He was born November 22, 1930 in San Francisco, California; the son of Stavros and Mae Karatsis. George was 79 years old. He was a member of the St. Francis Yacht Club and enjoyed sailing, reading, traveling, and golf. George loved his family and was most proud of his grandchidlren. He is survived by his daughters; Patricia & her husband William Berman of Commack, NY, Debbie Baker & her husband Ken Harrell of Litchfield Park, AZ, grandchildren; Ian, Aaron, Melissa, Benjamin, Caitlin, Allison, and his sister Rosalyn Munson of San Rufnel, CA. George is also survived by his special friend, Judith Doyle of San Francisco, CA.
