Catherine Ann Marshall, 88, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Jan. 12, 1922, in Victoria, B.C., Canada, passed away March 23, 2010, in Phoenix, Ariz. 

Private cremation will take place at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley. 

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home in Prescott assisted the family with arrangements.
