HOFFMAN, Brian

Brian Hoffman, 49, of Peoria, suddenly died on May 4, 2003. He is preceded in death by his mother Ruth Hoffman. 

He is survived by his wife Anna, father Richard (Sue), daughters Brandy (Jeff) Stewart & Brittney (Les) Skinner, sisters Vicki (Joe) Ulrich & Debbie (Gene) Skinner, brother Daniel, grandchildren Rhalston & Dakota and long time friend Vernon Busby. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, 5pm-8pm, Camelback Sunset Chapel, 301 W. Camelback Road. Funeral service will be on Friday, 10:30am at the Mortuary.
