LaVern Scott, 50, died Friday, March 19, 2010.

She was born March 16, 1960. She attended Winslow High, Camp Verde High and went on to get her associate's degree.

She is survived by her father, Charlie Scott, and mother Marie Scott of Seba Dalkai; sisters Maxine Hoover of Kirtland, N.M., and Modesta Holiday of Tuba City; and brothers Martin Scott of Phoenix, Ernie Scott of Seba Dalkai, Marbert Scott of Phoenix and Roger Scott of Phoenix.

Funeral services were Wednesday, with interment at Desert View Cemetery.
