STERLING, Ronnie Lee


Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, Arizona Wednesday, Mar 24th, 2010 Mr. Ronnie Lee Sterling, 68, passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at San Carlos Lake-Catfish Bay. He was born on March 7, 1942 in Muleshoe, Texas, the son of Andrew and Nita Sterling. He previously lived in New Mexico and resided in Arizona for three years. He was a carpenter for a construction company. He is survived by his mother, Nita Baker, of Las Cruces, N.M.; and brothers, Harvey Sterling, of Las Cruces, N.M., Dale Sterling (Norma), of Hodges, Ala., and Rick Sterling, of Las Cruces, N.M. Ronnie graduated from high school in Odessa, Texas. He went to college in Alvin, Texas for two years. In 1975 he moved to Las Cruces, N.M. and worked as a carpenter for a construction company. Ronnie loved to go fishing, building things and working with his hands. Services will be private. Lamont Mortuary of Globe is assisting the family.
