Zikmund, Antoinette Louise, 83 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on March 21, 2010. Antoinette was born on June 27, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois. She volunteered at John C. Lincoln Hospital. She is survived by her son Michael (Shirley). She is preceded in death by her husband George and son Eric. No services are planned. Our many thanks to Lookout Mountain Assisted Living Home. Arrangements entrusted to Shadow Mountain Mortuary.
