Snyder, Lynn Hyman Jr., 68, of Phoenix passed away on March 22, 2010. He was born on December 18, 1941 to Lynn Hyman and Miranda Elizabeth Snyder in Damascus, Virginia. He grew up there and graduated from Holston high school in 1959. After high school, Lynn joined the United States Air Force, serving as a Security Police officer for four years, and then a radar systems technician for the remainder of his military career. He retired in 1983. After retiring from the USAF, Lynn embarked on his second career with the Palo Verde power plant project, where he worked in the security field for 19 years. Lynn enjoyed bowling, golf, and spending time with his many friends. He is survived by a son, Richard Lynn Snyder, of Phoenix, and a daughter, Sandra Luzia Gandy, of Syracuse, Utah. A memorial service will be held at Compass Church, 16060 W. Van Buren St. Goodyear, AZ at a later date. Arrangements through Samaritan Funeral Home, Phoenix
