Maas, Erma Joyce, passed away on March 25, 2010 at her home in Rimrock, AZ. Joyce was born in Douglas, Arizona, February 21, 1941. She was the third of six children born to Erma and Kelly Wright. She was raised mostly in Mesa, AZ where she graduated from Mesa High School in 1959.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, sister Barbara Sloan, and son Rickey Cameron. She is survived by her brothers Gene, Hubert, and Frank Wright, sister Cheryl Oliphant, husband of 33 years James Maas Sr., daughters Shelly Pleasants, Tracy and Dawn Maas, sons James Jr. and Troy Maas, five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services for Joyce will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 12:00pm with a viewing one hour prior at 11:00am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1221 West Howe Street, Tempe, AZ.
