Prudence Rose LoDestro, 81, died on July 14, 2001. She was born Prudence Calderone on January 28, 1920 in Chicago, Illinois.
She was wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. Her husband, Louis preceded her death in 1981. Survivors include her sons Jeffrey L. LoDestro and wife Phyllis daughter, Valerie R. Leonard and husband Jeffrey grandchildren, Kerry Rudisell and husband Ed Tony LoDestro and wife Mary Tracy Bryant and husband Sam and Jason Leonard and 8 great grandchildren. Her brother, Julius Calderone resides in Woodale, IL. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
She will be missed tremendously by all her many friends and family. Visitation with Rosary was held Monday, July 16, 2001 at Hansen Desert Hills Chapel, 6500 E. Bell Rd. Funeral Mass Tuesday, July 17 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 11001 N. 40th St. with interment following at Paradise Memorial Gardens.
