PHILLIPS, James J. (Jim)

James J. Phillips 'Jim', died Wednesday, September 19, 2001. He was born in Chicago, IL on December 24, 1931. 

Jim served in the Naval Seabee's in the Korean War. Jim lived in Arizona as a permanent resident since 1961, most of which time he lived in Mesa. 

He is survived by his wife Phyllis A. Phillips, and his children Adele Favela of Mesa, Kay Roberts of Phoenix, Step-daughters, Linda Henretta of Akron, Ohio, Barbara Holland of Arcadia, LA and Rita Osborne of Young, AZ; stepson Howard Burney. He has 16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. 

Visitation was on Saturday, 9/22/01 at Tempe Mortuary, 405 E. Southern Ave, Tempe. Services were Saturday at Tempe Mortuary. Memorials to the American Cancer Society.
