Ajo Copper News, 9/14/2005 Victoria Thorpe, 52, died August 30, 2005, in St. Mary's Hospice in Tucson. She was born July 29, 1953,in Watertown, New York, the daughter of Frank & Dawn Prievo. On March 9, 1974, she married Bill Thorpe in Tucson. They moved to Ajo from Buckeye in 1999. She was a mother and housewife. Mrs. Thorpe is survived by her husband, Bill Thorpe of Ajo; by her parents, Frank & Dawn Prievo; by her mother-in-law, Dorothy Mob; by her son Brandon, and by many other relatives and friends. A private family memorial service has been held.
