Memorial service will be 9:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 30, 2007, at Prescott Samaritan Village, 1030 Scott Drive, Prescott. The family suggests memorials in Carl's name to Prescott Samaritan Village, 1030 Scott Drive, Prescott, AZ 86301. Private cremation is at Bradshaw Crematory, Prescott Valley, Ariz. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family.
