FLOWERS, Cornell

Funeral services for Cornell Flowers, 55, will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Antioch Baptist Church at 41 N. 11th St.  The Rev. N. E. Nicholson will officiate.  Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park.  

Mr. Flowers, a native of Tennessee, moved to Phoenix in 1945 from Chicago.  He resided at 330 N. 11th Place and was employed at Dorris-Heyman Store.  He died Friday (Nov. 27, 1964) in St. Joseph’s Hospital.  

Survivors include his wife, Grace; two stepsons, Walter and Ben Hartley of Phoenix; and two sisters, Mrs. Bedie Howard of Chicago and Mrs. Mattie McClain of South Bend, Indiana.  

Friends may call at Webber’s Eastlake Mortuary after noon today.
