Greers Mortuary of Winslow, Winslow, AZ James Nezzie March 31, 2010 Funeral Services for James Nezzie, 89, will be held Saturday, April 3, 2010 at 10:00 at the First Baptist Church in Page, AZ. Interment to follow at family plot in Lachee, AZ James was born Dec. 7, 1922 in Lachee, AZ and entered into rest in Flagstaff, AZ on March 31, 2010. He worked for NGS for 15 years, James was called "easy money" and "boss" and was a well liked person at NGS. He travelled for work in younger years, working for Santa Fe Railroad he travelled from the East to the West coast. He favorite cities were New York, Kansas City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Needles and Barstow, CA. James left to work at age 15, he went to work at Navajo Army Depot. James learned to speak English at Navajo Army Depot and was also fluent in Navajo, Hopi and Spanish. He liked to travel, site see and loved his livestock and ranching.
