Passed away March 26, 2010 of liver cancer. A life-long resident of Peoria, Arizona. Dale is survived by his Wife Susan, Daughter Shannel Wells, Son Billy Johnson, 3 brothers & 4 sisters. Memorial service will be held at Regency Mortuary in Sun City, 9850 W. Thunderbird Rd. on Saturday April 3, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Dale's name to Hospice of Arizona.
