RANDALL, Steven M.


Parker Pioneer, 12/4/2002 Steven Mark Randall, 56, passed away on Nov. 23, 2002. He was born on Aug. 21, 1946, in Willows, Calif. Steve moved to Park Ariz., in August 1987 to work at the Copperstone Gold Mine, near Quartzsite, Ariz. After two years of working at the gold mine he decided to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a business owner doing what he did best, welding. A Parker resident, Steve was an avid boater. He spent four years in the U.S. Coast Guard and never lost his love for the water. He spent most of his extra time boating on Lake Havasu and the Colorado River. In more recent years, he enjoyed exploring the country on his 1996 Harley Davidson motorcycle, a desire he had for many years. Steve is survived by his parents Hobart and Elizabeth Randall, of Yarnell, Ariz,; a sister, Bettyanne Bochat and a brother Richard Randall, of Parker; children, Sarah Randall of Parker, Hannah Randall of Napa, Calif., Stacy Miller, of Las Vegas, Nev., Denise Carver and Deanna McClain of Oregon; and son Chuck Sorrolls of Parker; four grandchildren; and companion Geraldine Pfleger. A memorial service will be held at Randall's Welding Shop, in Parker, On Saturday, Dec. 7, at epm. Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
