CUTLER, Clifford Boyd


The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 04/13/2004 Clifford Boyd Cutler, 68, died April 3, 2004 at Coyote Creek, New Mexico. He was born Nov. 16, 1935 in Deer Lodge, Mont. He graduated from Powell County High School in Deer Lodge, Montana in 1954, and worked as a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service for 35 years in Deer Lodge, later for eight years in Phoenix, retiring in 1990. He was an avid reader and enjoyed camping, fishing and woodworking. He possessed a rather outlandish wit and was gifted with a wry sense of humor. Cliff is survived by his sister Lois Cutler Chessmore, Deer Lodge, Montana; four daughters Debra McElderry, Coyote Creek, New Mexico Kim Cutler-Fantini, Phoenix, Shelly (Edgar) Neal, Phoenix, and Kellie (Robert) Rexroat, Eagar. He was the grandfather to 10 surviving grandchildren: Kari, Lisa, Jackie, Tana, Aaron, Jodi, Joshua, Zach, Dillian and Cory. In addition he had four great grandchildren, Monica, Michael, Raquel and Zoe. He was happy when he learned he had two new great grand children on the way. Preceding him in death were his beloved wife, Lorraine Brown-Cutler, father and mother Clark Clifford and Irene Mercer Cutler and brother Russell Douglas, as well as a granddaughter, Amie Lorraine Rexroat. Cliff was loved by many and will be remembered by more. A private service for family members will be held. Jewkes Mortuary, Springerville was in charge of the arrangements.
