HANSEN, Peter Christian

Peter Christian Hansen, of San Diego, CA, passed away December 1, 2002. 

Peter was born in Riverhead, Long Island, New York, January 10, 1921. 

He served in the U.S. Navy from 1941 to 1986 and is a retired Navy Captain. He graduated from The University of Akron in 1952. He worked for Garrett Air Supply (Honeywell). 

He is survived by his wife, Ellenmae; daughter, Judith Hansen; sister, Anna Louise Gilchrist; grandson, Christian J Hansen. 

A memorial service was held Saturday, December 7th, 2002, at Hansen Chapel, 8314 N. 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ. Contributions can be made to Parkinson's National Foundation, 500 West Thomas Rd. Suite 720, Phoenix, AZ 85013 or American Heart Assoc. 2929 S. 48th St.. Tempe, AZ 85282-3145.
