Billie H. Woodruff, 75, of Prescott, Ariz., born Oct. 12, 1929, in Pueblo, Colo., died Monday, Feb. 28, 2005, in Prescott.

Services will be held Saturday, March 12, at 11 a.m. at the Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary in Glendale, Ariz.
