FAZZOLARI, Nicholas

Nicholas Fazzolari, 82, of Phoenix died December 5, 2002. He was born in Italy on March 8, 1920. He moved to Phoenix in 1969 from Elmont, NY. He is survived by his daughters, Connie and Anne; son, Richard; sisters, Marie and Rose, 11 grandchildren and 17 plus great grandchildren. Visitation Sunday, December 8, 2002 at Hansen Mortuary, 8314 N. 7th St. Funeral Mass and burial was in New York. Memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice of Arizona, 2222 W.
