VOSKUIL, Homer John

Dr. Homer John Voskuil, 85, of Sun City, AZ, passed away on November 30, 2002 at his residence. 

Born in Cedar Groves, Wisconsin, he moved to Arizona 14 years ago from Wisconsin where he was a Dentist/Orthodonist. He was veteran of WW II, U. S. Army. He was a member of Willowbrook United Methodist Church. 

Survivors include his daughters, Ellen Ellsworth, Susan Voskuil and Joan Sturgis son, Roger Voskuil sister, Josephine Ellarson brother, Mark Voskuil 11 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren. 

Services will be held on Monday, December 16, 2002 at Willowbrook United Methodist Church, 19390 North 99th Ave. Memorials to the Hepatitis C. Foundation, c/o Mayo Clinic, 13400 East Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ 85259. Arrangements by Sunland Mortuary.
