Lamont Mortuary, Globe, AZ March 30, 2010 Nellie Parsons (1935 - 2010) Nellie Parsons, age 66, born Oct. 24, 1935 in San Carlos, AZ to Edward and Cecila Parsons, passed away March 25, 2010 in San Carlos, AZ. She was a homemaker in her own home. The wake will be held April 2 at 1:00 pm at the Parsons' residence followed by the service on April 3 at 2:00 pm at Full Gospel Church. The interment will follow at North Gate Cemetery. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, AZ Wednesday, Apr 7th, 2010 Nellie Parsons, age 74 of San Carlos, Ariz., passed away on Thursday, March 25 at her residence in San Carlos. She was born in San Carlos, Ariz. on Oct. 24, 1935, the daughter of Edward and Cecilia Parsons. Nellie enjoyed being a homemaker and caring for her children. Nellie is preceded in death by her son Daniel Wright; her sisters Maggie Francis, Katherine Evans, Ellie Wright and Frannie Polk; and her brother, Ed Parsons Smith. Nellie is survived by the children she raised, Carmelita Evans, David Wright, Gail Pope, and Dale Evans. A wake was held on Friday, April 2, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Parsons’ residence in Gilson Wash. Funeral services were held on April 3, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Full Gospel Church in San Carlos, Ariz. Interment will be at Northgate Cemetery in San Carlos, Ariz. Assisting the family is Lamont Mortuary of Globe.
