GIGUERE, Roland

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, April 6, 2010 Roland Giguere, age 71, died on March 28, 2010, in Mayer, Ariz. He was the beloved husband of Carole, who passed in 1980. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Lori and Edward Woods of Shapleigh, Maine; son Roland Giguere of Mayer, Ariz.; son Raymond Giguere of Marlborough, Maine; daughter Wendy Giguere of York, Maine; sister Theresa Nadeau of Tewksbury, Maine; brother Robert Giguere of Tennessee; brother and best friend Ronald and his wife Linda Giguere of Mayer, Ariz.; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Roland lived in Arizona for over 20 years. He loved the mountains and the desert, and he enjoyed working on the "ranch" with his longtime friend Ron. He always enjoyed riding his trike and going on long rides with his brother and sons. He loved country music, "two-steppin'" to his friend Jim's band and breakfast at "Papa's". At Roland's request, a small family gathering was held in Arizona. Information provided by survivors.
