CARY, Essie

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, April 6, 2010 Essie Paulk-Cary, wife of Chris and the mother of Jimmy, Wayne and Betty, died April 3, 2010, in Prescott Valley. Her life began July 7, 1916, in the great state of Oklahoma. She graduated from high school and began her career as a clerk working for a number of years in the local drugstore. Essie met her first husband and began the business of raising a family of three children. She met her darling Chris in Reno, Nev., and they quickly found themselves ready for marriage, and enjoyed a great life together. Private cremation will take place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Essie's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 Grove Ave., Prescott, AZ 86301. Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.
